Facing a Federal Investigation? Trial vs. Plea Deal: Insights from Ron Chapman
Переглядів 1 тис.21 день тому
I connected with Ron Chapman through LinkedIn, where we often commented on each other's posts about mitigation. A few weeks ago, after I posted a video describing why some white-collar defense attorneys were averse to working with consultants, Ron commented. "Justin, the issue is that in your industry there are a lot of vultures. Big promises of RDAP admission, programs, mitigation success. Mos...

Michael Cohen served time in prison for his involvement in the conspiracy that Trump was the head of, and the only one to benefit from. Trump needs prison time too.

4 months in prison is not long enough for having stolen $125,000! That is not a misdemeanor type offense! That is big money and a much harsher sentence should have been executed. I think over a year would have been more appropriate! Probably two! This other person I was not understanding the specific crime. I think you said lied plus other things? But house confinement is not much of a sentence for being held accountable for a serious crime like lying to the court and other charges added to that one! That makes our Justice System look like a clown show and definitely a two tiered legal system for the as George Carlin said, their “club members and we ain’t in it!” The BAR= British Accredited Registry! Ever wonder why our legal system answers to England? Ever wondered when our flag was changed? When the gold fringe was added and the top piece that literally means “overtaken” in Admiralty Maritime Law? Ever wonder why the City of London Banking Families, the Vatican and Columbia never told us that they created the Federal Reserves in 1913 after having secretly taken over our country in 1871 by creating the US, Inc. Corporation - the shadow government by the puppet masters creating taxation for us without representation? They had hoped we would not know what the minor changes in our flag meant and that we would not notice that we had become free range slaves! After all they had our schools teach us that we were free! JFK vowed to take them out in his last speech, these secret societies but now President Trump is finishing that promise! Turns out many of these monsters were actually Satanists! They really were monsters! Brace yourself for the disclosures about they were doing because it is really bad! Epstein type really bad! The world will unite to save the children! Prepare by getting ten days to two weeks of food, water, pet supplies and medications. We don’t know when but it could be anytime! We have been told crash before declass and nothing can stop what’s coming so buckle up buttercups! The world is making a change for the better! Soon no more monsters!!! Plus slaves no more!!!

So she steals $125k and only pays back 1/3 and you think there shouldn’t be jail time? I disagree. I think a more just sentencing would have been for your client to go to jail for 1 year and have to pay back the full amount twice over. As for Mosby, I think her sentencing was justified. She stole from her own retirement account. In other words, she prematurely took possession of money that already belonged to her.

Former DA of Paulding county Ga was charged with embezzlement / misuse of funds . To the tune of $20 million . He had to oay a $200,000 fine, lost his job and his law license and got 2 years probation. No jail time. Then Dick Donavan rode off into the sunset.

It's interesting hearing this positive outlook for a defense in a sentencing hearing, considering how contemptuous Yrump has acted through their whole trial. Hes not repentant. He conti he's to lie about the facts of the case. He thinks he did nothing wrong. He will do more wrong in the future

I think you need to speak about both cases accurately! Mobey utilized money from a retirement account. Forms were filled out by mortgage brokers who used false information. Please refer to the Breakfast Club interview with her and Angela Rye. Agreed no one should go to prison but you are sounding a little suspect. For clarification you should point us to the case you are using as an example so we can look at the evidence ourselves and come to our own conclusions. Thank you.

Interesting service you offer. I am a retired postal inspector and have interacted many times in the judicial system. I have set through many sentence hearings. None of them had the opportunity of services. I never cared what they were sentenced to. I cautioned the inspectors I mentored not to concern themselves if the offender got probation or sentenced to life. We did our job by assisting the USA's office to obtain a conviction. I would tell them we catch them and clean them. We don't cook them.

Both should go to jail for years not months, these are planned acts of crime and they shouldn’t get out of prison until their family pays back every penny. Lawyers like you are part of the problem with the justice system and society.

Typical state media - they have been working for the DNC for the last 70 years. They wanted to know why Hunter Biden is being singled out?!! 😂 Let's talk about somebody being singled out. Trump - 4 indictments - totaling 91 charges - D.C., Manhattan, Florida, Georgia. Plus 2 nuisance trials w/E. Jean Carroll in NY, Tish James Fraud trial. Talk about being singled out!! As the democrats sit there and act like all those trials in the last 12 - 18 months is normal for a former president who is beating the current president in the upcoming election. Biden's DOJ - the only way dementia Joe can stay in POWER!
